The training will focus on several key objectives including understanding the ISO requirements for Corrective Action, Risk-Based Thinking, and/or Preventive Action, Experiencing a variety of tools and methods for performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), learning a variety of methods and tools for performing effective Corrective Actions, and understanding when a full RCA is necessary or when an Apparent Cause Analysis or Correction Only is preferred.
