Dr. Moradi Bidhendi, the Razi Institute’s deputy of research and technology, talked about holding a training course on the production and Quality Control (QC) of veterinary vaccines in addition to maintenance of laboratory equipment at the Razi Institute and said: The goal of this training course is to extend export collaborations and approaches.

According to the public relation of Razi Institute, Dr.Moradi Bidhendi while mentioning a training course for the Malian trainees at Razi Institute, stated: Razi Institute is holding a training course for some Malian experts and trainees for expanding scientific exchanges, raising collaboration with the world’s different countries and exporting products and vaccine production technology to the African region under the legally binding framework. 

She added: Iran’s veterinary organization, the veterinary college of Tehran and Razi Institute are jointly in charge of holding this training course aiming to familiarize the Malian experts with Biologic products and vaccine manufacturing methods including pathogens microorganism isolation and identification, Vaccines seeds preparation, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and equipment maintenance as well.

Dr. Moradi Bidhendi added: This course will engage 38 experts and specialists including production, QC, QA and Engineering departments of Razi Institute as lecturers.    

This training course has been organized jointly in Razi Institute by “The Deputy Directorship of Research and Technology” and “The Scientific Relation & International Affairs Office” and has started under the supervision of Dr.Afshin Hajizadeh, authorized person of production of biological products,  as the supervisor and coordinator of the program in Razi institute since June 3, 2023. The first participants are 2 trainees from the Engineering departments. This course will be followed by the other Malian participants in the upcoming days.
