During his speech, Dr. Ali Es-haghi, Director General of Razi Institute,
emphasized the institute's vital role in public health and food security. He
highlighted the importance of prevention and vaccination, noting the
institute's contributions to disease eradication and vaccine production. In
closing, he reaffirmed the commitment of Razi Institute staff to enhancing
community health and expressed gratitude for the support from Iran’s
high-ranking officials. Ali Es-haghi reiterated the need for support for Razi
Institute as a key center for vaccine provision and outlined plans for
expanding biological product exports.
The event also saw the unveiling of a commemorative stamp celebrating a
century of veterinary medicine and the book "Veterinary Medicine in Iran
at the National and
international level” compiled and authored by the Iran Veterinary Organization
(IVO). During the ceremony, Dr. Mohammad Abdoshah and Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Namavari,
RVSRI scientists, were recognized as
top veterinarians.
