On Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the Razi Institute, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture-Jahad and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hosted an online meeting with economic counselors from Iranian embassies across Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, and Armenia.

Given the many cultural similarities between Iran and the Central Asian countries and the Razi Institute's previous experience in joint projects, identifying beneficial and lucrative markets in the region is feasible and promising.

The primary goal of the meeting was to reach a consensus on fostering economic partnerships and expanding RVSRI's presence in Central Asia. This initiative aims to pave the way for future advancements in economic collaboration and vaccine technology and address regional health challenges.

Among the suggestions discussed during the event were sending vaccine samples, dispatching scientists from the Razi Institute to these countries to evaluate the vaccine market, facilitating increased product exports and technology transfers, and organizing training courses for experts from the participating nations.
