Razi Institute Enhances International Collaboration with Turkey in Biological Products

In a significant advancement for agricultural cooperation, Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute participated in the 8th meeting of the Iran-Turkey Strategic Committee, where it signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance collaboration in the research and production of vaccines and the export of biological products for humans, livestock, and poultry. This initiative aims to bolster Iran's position within regional markets.

According to Razi Institute's public relations report, key figures attended the meeting, including the Iranian Minister of Agriculture-Jahad, Dr. Gholamreza Nouri Ghezeljeh, Mr. Mohammad Hassan Habibollah Zadeh, the Iranian ambassador to Turkey, and representatives from over 180 agricultural companies in Iran The event was looking for strengthening cooperation and develop business exchanges between companies from both countries, culminating in several cooperation agreements.

Minister Nouri Ghezeljeh, while commemorating the 100th anniversary of Razi Institute, underscored its importance as a pillar of biological production center in Iran. He emphasized that Razi Institute holds a unique position in the biological industry due to its commitment to high-quality products.

Dr. Rainak Ghaderi, Head of Academic Relations and International Affairs at Razi Institute, highlighted the collaboration with a Turkish business as a notable achievement from the meeting. He remarked that the memorandum of understanding allows for the initiation of joint commercial activities focused on joint production and exporting biological products.

The meeting concluded with a strong emphasis on strengthening agricultural cooperation between Iran and Turkey and facilitating access to new markets, paving the way for future collaborative efforts in the sector.
